1. What is an Organizer-Coach?
According to the Coach Approach for Organizers, "Coaching helps a client identify what matters most to him or her and then to grow and change to create it.  Together, the coach and client craft a partnership in the context of an on-going dialog.  Coaches use specific communication skills and strategies to support each client through progressive cycles of insight, action and learning.  Coaching is not advising, telling, training, showing, organizing, counseling, therapy or consulting (other important examples of profession-client partnerships)."

According to the International Coaching Federation, “Professional coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals and organizations improve their performances and achieve extraordinary results. Professional coaches work with clients in all areas including business, career, finances, health and relationships.  As a result of professional coaching, clients set better goals, take more action, make better decisions, and more fully use their natural strengths.”

2. Why combine organizing and coaching?
We combine organizing and coaching because we believe our clients are capable and intelligent people who just need an extra set of hands or another mind to bounce ideas off of.  Our clients have great ideas of their own on how they want their space and life to be.  By offering the organizing services we bring our physical presence, expertise and energy.  By offering coaching services we help our clients realize their strengths, become more aware of who they are and what they want and need, bring clarity to their ideas and develop action steps to achieve their goals.  Combining organizing and coaching is a win-win for our clients.

3. How does the process work?
The process can work so many ways.  Really the first step is to call us to discuss your needs and we can then come up with a plan over the phone.  Some want to coach while organizing, some want to coach over the phone, some want to organize for a few sessions then coach.  There are so many variations we will work with you to customize a plan, because we believe one size does not fit all.

4. How long will I work with an Organizer-Coach?
When you call us we can talk about what you want to achieve with the help of an Organizer-Coach and then come up with a plan and meets your needs and stays within your budget.  Most clients work with an Organizer-Coach for 3-5 months (3-4 sessions per month).

5. How long are the coaching sessions?
Over the phone they typically run 40-60 minutes. In person they can actually be much shorter.  For instance, we might coach for the first 15 minutes, organize, then coach for the last 15-minutes.  We can work with you to come up with a great plan.

6. Do all my coaching topics have to be organizing related?
No.  Not at all.  Call us to tell us what you had in mind.  If we feel we are the best for you we will say so.  If we feel we are not the best for you, we will direct you to another coach who specializes in what your needs are.

7. How much are the coaching sessions?
Tiffany's coaching rates are the same as her organizing rates.  This makes it so much easier on her clients.  That way if they want to purchase a package they can use those hours anyway they want - some coaching, some organizing.

8. What is The First Step to a Fresh Start?
Just contact us and we will spend a few minutes talking about your wants, needs and goals.  Then if you would like we can put something together that you can feel proud of and excited about.
