We understand that having a team come to your home is a big deal.  So here are answers to some questions that many of our clients ask us before work begins.

1. What exactly is an Entire Home Makeover?
An Entire Home Makeover is when a team of highly trained Professional Organizers come to your home and organize it in less time than it would take to have one Professional Organizer do it.  Team Members with Your Life Organized have been working together for years and have developed a process that makes this process easier on the client.  

2. How long and how many organizers will it take to makeover my home?
In most cases it takes 3-6 organizers and 1-2 weeks to complete an Entire Home Organizing Project.  However, each person and each home has different requirements which is why we provide an estimate during the On-Site Assessment.  Contact us to schedule the On-Site Assessment.

3. How much will it cost to makeover my home?
The cost depends on how many days and how many organizers are required to complete the project. We offer pre-paid package discounts to make it affordable.  We will provide you an estimate during the On-Site Assessment. You may call us to get our rates.  We will work within your budget.

4. Is Your Life Organized insured and bonded?
Your Life Organized does carry Limited Liability Insurance.  Your Life Organized is not bonded.  According to our legal department, it is in our client's best interest to carry more insurance instead.
  
5. Can I (or my family members) work with Your Life Organized?
Absolutley.  It is really important to us that at least one person be with us during this process and we hope your family members want to be involved too.

6. How will I be kept informed with what's going on?
We are very good and communicating with you want's going on when.  Before AND after each session we will discuss the project and make sure you are comfortable with everything that is going on.  Depending on the timeline we may even communicate via phone and email.  Effective and clear communication is very important to us.  We make sure you know what is going on at all times.

7. How do I know if an Entire Home Makeover is right for me?

8. What are the benefits to doing an Entire Home Makeover?
The biggest benefit to doing an Entire Home Makeover is that you can get a very large and overwhelming project done in a very short period of time.  You won't have to set aside a few hours a week for a few years; instead you can set aside 1-2 weeks and get it done. You don't have to have an Entire Home Makeover in order to hire a team.  Some clients have just called in a team to do their  basement or garage.  We will tailor this work to meet your needs. 

9. Can I makeover my home *without* a team, but with a one-on-one organizer?
Absoubley.  We have many clients who prefer to work one-on-one with an organizer over a longer period of time to reach their goals.  They want to organize their entire home, but are more comfortable doing so at their own pace and with one person.  This is totally normal and we do this all the time.  So just because you don't want a team to organize your entire home does not mean we still can't organize your entire home.

10. Once the team leaves, what happens? How will I be able to maintain it?
Typically after the Team Organizing work is complete, our clients want to develop systems to maintain the order or put some finishing touches on area like papers, photos, memorabilia, etc.  Clients will typically one or two Professional Organizer(s) return to their home for this hands-on work and/or work with an Organizer-Coach over the phone.
