Scheduling On-Site Assessment
A credit card is required to reserve your On-Site Assessment. Your Life Organized does not perform On-Site Assessments after dark for safety reasons.

Cancellation
Your Life Organized requires 48-hours notice to cancel any organizing or coaching session.  If less than 48-hours notice is given, the client is still financially responsible for the session. Because it is impossible for Your Life Organized to favor one individual situation or circumstance over another we can make no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

Hours of Operations
Your Life Organized works weekdays, nights and weekends to accommodate our clients lifestyle.  However, no phone calls or emails will be returned on Sunday’s.  Every professional organizer with Your Life Organized sets her own hours of operation.

Organizing Sessions
Every organizing session will last a minimum of 3-hours.  If the session is cut short, the client is still financially responsible for 3-hours.  If the session goes longer the client is financially responsible for the additional time.

Coaching Sessions
Every phone coaching session will last a maximum of 1-hour.  If the session is cut short, the client is still financially responsible for 1-hour.

Payment for Organizing & Coaching Sessions
Payment is due at the time of service, unless a pre-paid package has been purchased.  Cash, checks and all major credit cards accepted.

Donations
We will drop off donations at the charities most convenient to Your Life Organized  free of charge (provided they fit into our car).  In most cases your professional organizer will get a receipt but it is not always possible.
