  • We promise to keep our clients paperwork, contact information, photos and conversations confidential, unless given permission or required by law.
  • We promise to honor your privacy and never show up in a marked car or marked clothing.
  • We promise to listen to your wants and needs and provide organizing solutions that will meet your goals and stay within your budget.

Client Relationships

  • We promise to only provide services in with we are trained and experienced in.
  • We promise to never judge you or your home.
  • We promise to tell our clients when we feel that additional support would benefit them.
  • We promise to only recommend products to clients that we believe would truly benefit them.
  • We promise to charge our rates based on each individual organizer’s education and experience.
  • We promise to refer you to another service provider if we don’t feel we are the very best company to serve you.

Business Practices
  • We promise to dress casual, yet professional, and ready to work.
  • We promise to not give or accept compensation from third party service providers, including other professional organizers.
  • We promise not to accept any goods from our clients, regardless of whether they were going to give or throw away the items.
  • We promise to never purchase any goods from our clients.
  • We promise to recommend and sell only those products that we love.
  • We promise to return emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • We promise to be upfront about our rates before any work begins.
  • We promise to frequently attend organizing and coaching classes, seminars, workshops and classes to better serve our clients.
  • We promise to always be professional, ethical and legal.
  • We promise to advertise our services in a clear and honest way.
  • We promise to abide by the Christian Values.
  • We promise to give back to our community.
  • We promised to always carry the appropriate amount of insurance.
