“When I first called Tiffany in, it was to help me organize a garage sale. I warned her that there was so much stuff accumulated over the past 30 years or so as my kids are now grown and out of the house. I took one look at the stuff and said it couldn't be done.  Tiffany walked in and said it could be done.  So I decided she was the one for me. In the next 2 weeks my mother unexpectedly passed away and I ended up with even more to go thru and get rid of. “My husband and I are preparing for retirement and a move back to our hometown in NE Indiana. Since this move will be at our expense, I vowed that we would not pay to move that which we do not/will not use. So, after finding Tiffany's website, I gave her call. 

She impressed me from the "get go," and I will say that I am one who is not easily or readily impressed. During the introductory visit, we walked through the multiple storage places in my home. Tiffany took a good look and said, "yep, we can do this." She set us up with a schedule that spanned 1 evening and a full Saturday for several weeks. 

During that time, we went through unopened boxes, piles of stuff, cupboards, drawers, closets, you name it. As we decided to rid ourself of things, we also decided whether it was garage sale worthy, donation worthy (Tiffany has a lot of charitable contacts), recyclable or trash. Tiffany has an excellent system for sorting items as you go, labeling and, if garage sale worthy, pricing them "on the spot." 

Our "purge" process culminated in a garage sale in mid-June 2010. It was probably the garage sale of the century. Tiffany supplied signs, tables, tarps (too much stuff to store in the garage and, yes, it rained), ropes to tie down the tarps, and she and her team met me at 4:30 AM on day one to get things ready for opening. The neighbors marveled at the quantity of my stuff. (I'm not kidding.) 

There were some challenges that occurred during the garage sale (not Tiffany's doing), and, when called, she responded immediately to help solve the problem. Tiffany also has a garage sale strategy that worked quite well. I could not, would not, have done it without her. Tiffany and her team then created the "left over mountain" at the end of our driveway, tarped it up, and hounded the Salvation Army (overwhelmed by the amount of stuff) until they picked things up. Additionally...after the garage sale, Tiffany brought in consignment contacts to take away some of my nicer, unsold professional clothing and household items. She also provided us with an itemized listing of donations to non-profits.  

That was Phase 1! 

We just finished Phase 2. Preparing our St. Louis area home for sale. In about 11 hours, Tiffany and I decluttered my walk in pantry (donations to a food pantry handled by Tiffany), my dining room table (storage for my camera equipment, now tucked away in a closet decluttered during Phase 1), my china hutch for "showing," my office, the master bath (a serious mess) AND we assembled a new TV stand that had been begging my attention and hooked things up. 

There's not much that Tiffany can't or won't do. To add to this lengthy story, I adore Tiffany as an individual. Had a ball working with her and wish I could bring her to Indiana with me.  She brings the complete package to the table. Thanks, Tiffany! I'm floored.”
